El sabado toca en el paseo la plaza una banda exelente de covers de Zeppelin, creo que es tipo doce y la entrada cuesta 6 mangos.
Como fundamentalista de Zeppelin digo que vale la pena.

Gasp! estaba a punto de tipear "mientras no sea Helium..." pero afortunadamente ví el link enseguida U_U

Vi a Helium hace unas semanas y me decepcioné bastante. Me había puesto contenta la sola noción de una banda enteramente dedicada a covers de Zepp y es posible que haya ido con demasiadas expectativas.
Para lograr buenas "copias" de los temas (e inclusive versiones propias) la banda debe contar como mínimo con un guitarrista MUY competente (y sutil en cuanto a los sonidos) y, sin lugar a dudas, con un baterista fuera de lo común. El cantante no sólo tiene que tener propensión a los agudos (no falseteados, eh), sino el mejor manejo posible de los climas y de la fonética.
Pero bah, en realidad es diría imposible recrear a LZ. Apenas lo logró Jason Bonham con la banducha tributo que trajo por acá hace unos años.
Yo, por ahora, me doy por vencida, pero sigo esperando alguna banda local que me cumpla la fantasía, viteh.

A mi me parecio bastante bien Helium, pero es cierto que es casi imposible tocar Zepp. Me gusta mucho como toca el guitarrista, y el cantante debe tener el mismo registro que Plant. El problema es que Plant no es un hombre como el resto de nosotros, de ahi que nadie daria una actuacion sastifactoria.
Si los viste la ultima vez a los de Helium, es una lastima, porque el sonido fue medio malo (en saints bar), pero igual a mi me emocionan.

Hace poco que empecé a esucharlos y por dios...¡Que grupo!, canciones favoritas no sé...Hasta ahora todas Pero Ramble on, Inmigrant Song y Stairway to Heaven son una de las mejores que he escuchado.

a mi me gusta bastante Zeppelin, osea, plant canta bien, pero me irrita un poco, el que mas me gusta es Jimmy Page, es uno de mis idolos, toca como los dioses...

Uuuuu me pego el nostalgión!!! (no, no me tiraron el silma por la cabeza)

Me acuerdo cuando mi viejo me enseño a usar la bandeja tocadiscos, y lo primero que puse fue "the song remains the same"... no lo podia creer. Uno de los primeros temas que me enseño a tocar mi viejo en la viola fue Escaleras al cielo, y es el dia de hoy que me siento solo en mi cuarto a tocarla y me emociono... que buena banda!!!!!

Un amigo se compro "how the west was won" y lo vimos en su casa que tiene un home theater de la p*** madre... casi me muero.

Me voy a escuchar led zep
